Wearing a Steven Khalil pearlescent silk gown, Rebecca featured on the cover of the July issue of The Australian Womens Weekly. Steven designed the gown especially for the auction, to raise funds for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation. It was an honour to be involved in this charity auction, to help raise money and awareness for the Foundation.

It is a pleasure to work with Rebecca Gibney again and this fitted, blue silk gown is a perfect counterpoint to the red gown we created for her last year. The wide 1950s neckline and rouged bodice are flattering, and once again Rebecca stood out from the crowd on the 2010 TV Week Logies red carpet.

TV Week have featured 2009 TV WEEK Logies Awards Golden girl Rebecca Gibney in her favourite dress - a Steven Khalil creation.
Rebecca has come to us again this year and will be wearing another of our gowns at Australia's premiere television awards ceremony.
Rebecca told TV Week that she will be wearing a gown that epitomises "old Hollywood glamour again, but a bit more fitted."
It's great fun to work with Rebecca, and I'm looking forward to seeing her on the red carpet again this year.

I designed this gown for Rebecca because it embodies old Hollywood glamour and shows off Rebecca's amazing waist and shoulders, and just falls into a liquid silk skirt. I wanted clean lines but something dramatic, I think this gown works really well for an occasion of this calibre.
