If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods as advised below. If you believe your product is faulty then you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. Items not received within this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition.

Please see a list of requirements before Steven Khalil can accept a return on your purchase:

  • We are unable to accept returns on items that are no longer current season
  • All Tags must remain in place
  • If the returns tag is not secured on the garment the return will not be accepted
  • Garment must not have been worn or altered
  • Garment must not have been dry cleaned, spot cleaned, washed or dried
  • All returns must be accompanied by a returns form
  • All returns must be accompanied by a receipt
  • Any returns for “faulty” items will be sent to our factory for repair and returned to customer. Faulty items can only be repaired if returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Refund can only be given if the item is considered “faulty” and cannot be repaired
  • Please email us at to obtain a returns form. You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund

We can only exchange items for a different size in the same style and colour, subject to availability. When the new size requested is not available, we will issue a credit note which must be used for purchase of current season only. If you wish to exchange for a different style this is subject for availability.

Other information

Unfortunately we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. Items we exchange for you will be re-sent at your cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
We recommend that all customers view SIZING chart before making a purchase from Steven Khalil online store to ensure the fit of the garment is correct and suitable.

Once the returned item has been received it will undergo a quality review and once cleared you will either receive your new items (for exchange) or a refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the option requested by you. You will receive email notification of this.

No refunds on final sale items. No refunds for change of mind. No refunds for in-correct size. No refunds for faulty purchase unless the item cannot be repaired.

Due to the nature of this product not one garment is made the same as each style is handmade by different crafters. In the nature of returning a “faulty” item, everything will be done to repair the item as soon as possible. All repairs must allow 1-2 weeks before dispatch as they are all done by hand.
