RETURNS

Steven Khalil E-Boutique does not accept change of mind returns.

 

If your product is faulty upon receiving the order, you must notify us within 7 days from the date on which the order was placed and request a return. You will need to provide your contact details, a full description of the fault, photos of the fault, and proof of purchase to e-boutique@stevenkhalil.com                               

 

Upon receiving your email, our team will contact you as quickly as possible to process you request.

 

Ensure that the item is returned to us in its original packaging, its original condition and is unworn. All shipping charges must be pre-paid.

 

All returned items are subject to a quality control inspection. Any item considered faulty will be repaired and returned to you. We will pay for any return shipping costs if the item is considered faulty. A refund will only be given if the item is considered faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.

 

Under Australian consumer law, the remedy you are entitled to if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee will depend on whether the failure to comply with the guarantee is major or minor.
