AUSTRALIAN FREE SHIPPING

We offer complimentary express shipping with all Steven Khalil E-boutique orders. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, the following delivery time frames apply:

Metro areas: 1 – 2 business days

Regional areas: 2 – 4 business days

Metro Areas include: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, and Hobart.

Please note that Steven Khalil E-Boutique does not ship to P.O. Boxes and that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DHL SHIPPING COSTS

Steven Khalil E-Boutique uses DHL Worldwide Express for all international shipments.

 

International Flat-Fee Shipping Costs

- ASIA $30.00 AUD

- USA & CANADA $30.00 AUD                                                                               

 - EUROPE $30.00 AUD 

- MIDDLE EAST $35.00 AUD

- NEW ZELAND $20.00 AUD

 

Products shipped internationally are typically processed within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once orders are processed your parcel will be delivered with 3-7 business days. Please note duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that Steven Khalil E-Boutique does not ship to P.O. Boxes and that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Please note we are currently unable to ship to Russia, India, Brazil or Africa due to customs restrictions.

 

TRACKING QUERIES

Australia & NZ Please allow up to 3 working days before querying your parcel. International - Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

All Steven Khalil items are packaged in a signature STEVEN KHALIL box before being shipped to you.
